Claims Specialist - Reputable Consultancy - Dubai

Our client is planning, design and implementation consulting company in Middle East. They are currently working on a variety of projects in the Gulf Region and are seeking to recruit a Claims Specialist to join them. Significant experience on a variety of large infrastructure and building projects is necessary for this role.

- Requirements

-          Graduate in civil engineering or quantity surveying.

-          15 years experience of construction industry.

-          Must have Middle East experience

-          ACIArb

- Responsibilities.

-          Responsible for extension of time, evaluation, assessment and resolution of claims, provide advice on, as well as being involved directly with settlement.

-          Advising on the contractual risk issues on Conditions of Contract and Loss and Expense, Extension of Time Claims and contractual procedures.

-          Preparing detailed schedule and generated cash flow, weekly and monthly schedules in major civil works projects. Monitored, and recorded delays for claims due to disruption, prolongation, acceleration, and extension of time.
