| Description Our client is a well known construction services firm involved mainly in the oil and gas EPC sector is actively looking to recruit an experienced Civil Engineer/Structural Engineer with substantial oil and gas project experience to be based on site in Oman. The successful candidate will work on the design of infrastructure for water treatment, steam generation, and pumping station facilities as part of a professional team of engineers and technicians. He/she will also oversee the preparation of preliminary and detailed design of relevant structures, development of contract drawings and specifications, site works and drainage design. Excellent interpersonal skills are required to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, government, architects and other design team members. The skills/attributes required: -Track record in infrastructure design on oil and gas projects -Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering -10+ years experience overall with 4+ in the petrochemicals sector -Good communication and organisational skills -Quality oriented -Team player, Enthusiastic with ability to inspire teams on key projects An extremely competitive package and excellent career progression potential is on offer within this company.
