Matthew Upton graduated from the University of New South Wales, Australia with an Honours Degree in Industrial Relations. He possesses six years recruitment experience and within this time has progressed from senior consultant through to team manager. He is a founding Director of Globester Recruitment, and is overseas all Pan European and Global Business Development for the company. |

John Duffy is one of the founders of Globester Recruitment and had been involved in the recruitment industry in both Ireland and the UK for over twenty years. He has recruited across a wide number of sectors including IT, Administration, Finance and Manufacturing and is now responsible for all Operational and Financial aspects of the business. |
