The company was set up in February 2009 by two former owners of the award winning recruitment firm, Bigfish Recruitment, and the core ideals that made that particular organisation such a success are still in evidence today within Globester. The main difference however, is that Globester not only operates in the Irish Market, but also operates in markets spread across the world.
